About Oregon FBLA
Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is the premier organization for student leaders preparing for careers in business, management, entrepreneurship, and information technology.
For more than 60 years FBLA has been the place where 4 million students have found the keys to unlocking the doors to career success, personal achievement, and business leadership.
Through FBLA’s motto of SERVICE, EDUCATION, and PROGRESS 250,000 students across the world and nearly 3,000 in Oregon participate in innovative leadership and career development programs on the local, district, state, and national levels. We are the place where America’s business finds its leaders!
Oregon FBLA Foundation, Inc.
Oregon Future Business Leaders of America, Foundation Inc., was established in 2002 in order to provide the Oregon FBLA Chapter of FBLA-PBL with a legal entity in which our mission and purposes could continue to operate. Furthermore, this body is committed to bringing business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs while providing our members with real life learning opportunities, where they continue to enhance their knowledge and leadership abilities.
The Oregon FBLA Foundation’s vision is to be able to become a self-sustaining organization providing leadership training, career development opportunities, and career related learning experiences for the thousands of Oregon students who are Future Business Leaders of America members.
Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is the premier organization for student leaders preparing for careers in business, management, entrepreneurship, and technology. FBLA provides the best opportunity for business to have direct pipeline into the classroom and to future employees, customers, and community leaders. The purpose of the Oregon Future Business Leaders of America is to ensure that our members are given an array of opportunities by diversifying funding with corporate support. The funding increase is what is needed to double membership outreach, increase chapters, provide new development programs and opportunities, and support our top competitors to participate in the National Leadership Conference championships.
FBLA has long understood and appreciated that our connection to business and industry is what extends opportunities to members and consistently enriches our organization with those whom we partner. Our partners span a huge range of interests from fundraising companies to industry associations and corporate contributors to business program suppliers. The Oregon FBLA Foundation will be the link to make our business and industry programs come together to enhance the Oregon Future Business Leaders of America program.
