Images Of Hidden Valley High School FBLA Members
All images of Hidden Valley High School Members are used with permission in accordance with the acknowledgement and image use permission statement as detailed on member registration forms signed by both members and their parent/guardian. Copies of these documented permissions are available upon request by contacting our chapter advisers.The acknowledged statements are as follows:
“I hereby grant permission to Hidden Valley High School representatives, to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of me for use in news releases and/or educational materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, Web sites or other electronic communications. I further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of Hidden Valley High School. “
and
“I, parent or official guardian, hereby grant permission to Hidden Valley High School representatives, to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of my child for use in news releases and/or educational materials as follows: printed publications or materials, electronic publications, or Web sites. I agree that my child’s name and identity: may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions and shall be the property of Hidden Valley High School.”
Recognition of Media Used and Policies Regarding Use
All Images on this site NOT created by Hidden Valley High School, HV FBLA, HV FBLA Members or HV FBLA Partners have been used with reprint permissions from the following sites. Each links to the specified page regarding image terms of use. Please note that no reference to Author or site has been listed on the images’ containing page. This is acceptable as images used were purchased or did not require acknowledgement.
FBLA-PBL
All local and state advisers are responsible for protecting the use and image of FBLA-PBL, Inc. logo and trademarked items. State and local FBLA-PBL chapters are permitted to use trademarked items without obtaining approval from FBLA-PBL, Inc. on items that are not sold. Written approval must be obtained from FBLA-PBL, Inc. for any item that will be sold. Commercial vendors must be commisioned by FBLA-PBL, Inc. Contact FBLA-PBL, Inc. with any questions regarding the trademark policy or to obtain permission to use trademarked images.
Oregon FBLA
Oregon FBLA’s logo was used with permission from Mike Oechsner (Oregon State Adviser) in accordance with Oregon FBLA Foundation, Inc’s policies.
HV FBLA Partners
All images, logos and Business identity representations appearing on the HV FBLA Partner page have been granted use by the trademark/copyright holders permission in either verbal or written form. Written permissions are available upon request by contacting our chapter advisers. Likewise, contact information for those giving verbal permissions may be requested.

This website is built on the WordPress platform and makes use of some commercially developed plugins. The theme is a custom design developed via CSS, PHP and JQuery among other languages and compliant protocols. The majority of programming and plugin development can be credited to Devon Andrade and the HV FBLA Web Development team. Credit also goes to the brain or our adviser Mr. Fisher who gave us the opportunity to learn this cool stuff. We are awesome.
